Low-Cost PM2.5 Sensors

Calibration of SDS011 and PMS7003 against a FEM reference station in Hanoi. R2 = 0.51-0.66, with correction factors for field use.

Face Mask Filtration

PM2.5 removal efficiency of 11 masks: fabric (8-14%), surgical (29-39%), 3M respirators (47-62%), AQBlue (90-95%).

Turbidostat Build

Open-source biomass density control for microalgae. $200 Arduino system replacing $10K+ commercial alternatives. Published in Algal Research (2018).

Lenovo ThinkCentre mini PC + M.2 OCuLink adapter + external RTX GPU. Build notes for a compact workstation with desktop-class GPU performance.

Air Quality Analysis

Jupyter notebooks and Python tools for PM2.5 data from low-cost sensors. 38 stars on GitHub.
